High Touch Sanitize and Disinfect Clean

If someone in your home has been sick or tested positive for COVID-19, you should sanitize AND disinfect the high touch surfaces and touch points in your home.  You should hire a professional who is certified to clean for COVID-19 and Infectious Diseases and who is certified to use the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s List N Disinfectants.

Before your High Touch Sanitize and Disinfect cleaning you should close off areas used by the person who is sick and do not use those areas until after the cleaning and disinfecting is completed.  It is best if your home can be vacant during the cleaning and disinfecting process.  You may re-enter your home and use your surfaces after the cleaning technician has departed and 10 minutes after the disinfectant has been applied to your surfaces
